Welcome, all. I’m Cassandra, a psychology nerd, puzzle addict, and hopeless romantic who spends most of her time lost in another realm. My stories are full of girls struggling with their mental health and seeking meaningful relationships in an often-hostile world.
My cats, Keefe Hawthorne and Chase Daniel, are the lights of my life. They inspire my mythical creatures and cause many shenanigans. I dream of people making fanart of my characters and of being asked to join Erin Hunter, the group of authors penning the Warrior Cats series. I’m a proud Realmie, former Ydubber, and member of The Writers’ Sanctuary, and I hope to one day write a character arc as fantastic as Prince Zuko’s in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
I’m a Christian feminist with a passion for social justice, striving to dismantle rape culture and to create empathy for those trapped in abusive situations. Please know that you are not responsible for what others have done to you, and you are no less valuable. You are worthy of love.
